Handmade Jewelry Disclaimer

All of our products are handmade.This means that there will be slight differences between the items pictured in the shop and the ones sent to you, but this results in a totally unique product.

Shop Policies

Please Note: This shop policy will be updated when needed, in order to reflect changes that we will do for operational or legal reasons.

Processing time
The shipping time varies, according to the item. On Most our products we give a 2,3 or 7 day processing time - this is the maximum processing times. For any changes in we will inform the buyer by email.

Customs and import taxes
The shop is not responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply, as well as for delays in delivery due to customs.

Returns / Exchanges / Cancellations
We guarantee that our products will be free from defects, and that it will be the item will be the one ordered by the buyer.

-We accept returns, in case the buyer is not happy with the item. In such a case the buyer should notify the Shop within 5 days after the delivery - please give us a good description of the issue.
Please note that this DOES NOT apply to custom orders. Custom ordered items can NOT be returned. If there any concerns about a custom order, please feel free to contact us.
Note on our Rings: we can not accept returns because of wrong sizing information. Please make sure you provide us with correct size.
-A refund can be issued only if the item has been received in the original condition. This is The responsibility of the buyer.The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of returned the item(s).

We accept exchanges.
-Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
-Please note that exchanges DO NOT apply to custom orders.
-Items should be shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery.
-An exchange can be possible only if the item has been received in the original condition. This is The responsibility of the buyer.The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of returned the item(s).

We accept cancellations on both our products, and custom orders, within 1 day of the order.

The shop is not responsible for loss of items or damage during delivery.

The shop is not responsible for delays in delivery due to customs.
In such a case, please feel free to contact us, we WILL try to help you out- if possible. On most items we will offer a discount up to 50% if the order is repeated.
